Since 1983 we have provided full-service precision metal fabrication. We use a complete group of Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines. Direct electronic transfer of drawing files allows for highly efficient machine programming.

We also offer electromechanical assembly, testing, and full contract manufacturing of your products. Chesapeake Engineering works confidentially with customer-supplied specifications to manufacture a wide variety of parts and assemblies. We are especially competitive on medium and large runs. Over 40 workcenters allow for one stop shopping. We provide Just In Time services (JIT) when required.

We can assist customers with production design and development through a concurrent engineering process. We are developing ISO9000 systems and produce to MIL-STD-454.

Located in Richmond, Virginia, Chesapeake Engineering is housed in 48,000 square feet of enclosed industrial space and employs over 45 people in a two shift operation.
